ABOUT ORLAN DO BIKE TOURS
Learn about Orlando Bike Tours—who we are, why we ride, and how we share the city’s art, culture, and stories through guided neighborhood rides.
WHY WE RIDE
Welcome to Orlando! Orlando Bike Tours was founded by Aubrie Canfield, who was born and raised right here in the city—and has spent much of her life traveling the world. From Amsterdam to Bangkok, Bogotá to Barcelona, she’s biked through cities across five continents. Wherever she goes, a bike ride is always her favorite way to get to know a new place.
There’s something remarkable about experiencing a city by bike. You move slowly enough to notice the small details—colorful murals tucked down side streets, the smell of fresh bread from a local bakery, music drifting from a nearby porch—but fast enough to cover real ground and see how neighborhoods connect. You feel the sun, the breeze, the rhythm of the street. You stop when something catches your eye, wave to people passing by, and get the kind of perspective you can’t find behind the glass of a tour bus or through the windshield of a car.
Biking gives you access—not just physically, but emotionally. It creates a different kind of memory, one grounded in presence and participation. You’re not just observing a place, you’re part of it.
Though her work has taken her across the globe, Orlando has always been home for Aubrie. And for years, she dreamed of creating something local—something that connected visitors not just to the big-name attractions, but to the personality and creativity that make this city special. That dream became Orlando Bike Tours.
This isn’t a franchise or a flashy attraction. It’s a small, locally grown project built around the idea that meaningful experiences are found in everyday places—if you know where to look. At Orlando Bike Tours, we ride through neighborhoods shaped by artists, small businesses, and longtime locals. We stop at murals and galleries, visit independent cafés and shops, and share the stories of the people and places that make this city feel alive.
Each tour is led by a guide who lives here, loves it here, and wants you to feel that too. Our routes are thoughtfully designed, not just to show you cool things, but to help you understand the context—the history, the shifts, the human connections that shape each space.
If you’re curious about Orlando Bike Tours, know that we welcome riders of all levels. You can choose between a classic hybrid bike or an e-bike, and we keep our group sizes small to ensure a more personal experience. Whether you’re visiting Orlando for the first time or have lived here for years, our tours offer something new: a deeper connection to the city, and maybe even to your own sense of adventure.
This is a city with layers—of art, activism, resilience, and joy. Of immigrant stories and local traditions, old streets and new ideas. And on a bike, you get to move through all of it in a way that’s grounded and human.
So if you’re looking to go beyond the typical things to do in Orlando, we invite you to ride with us. Come see how much beauty, culture, and character lives between the theme parks. Ride through Orlando’s neighborhoods. Hear the stories. Meet the people. And discover what this city is really made of.
This is what Orlando Bike Tours is all about. Not just sightseeing—but seeing with fresh eyes. Not just biking—but connecting with a place and its people, one ride at a time.
